How does price-lock work exactly?
When you send a quote, customers can pay a small fee (you set it — typically 299–999 kr) to guarantee your quoted price holds past the expiry date. The fee is processed via Stripe Checkout. 80% goes to you instantly, 20% to Lenk.
What if a customer locks the price but never buys?
You keep 80% of the lock fee regardless. Think of it as a reservation deposit — you're compensated for holding the price, whether or not they convert.
Can I set my own lock fee?
Yes. You set the default lock fee and lock duration in your company settings. You can also override them per-quote. Most businesses charge between 299 and 1.499 kr depending on quote size.
Do I need a Stripe account?
To receive lock payments, yes — you'll connect a Stripe Express account during onboarding. It takes about 3 minutes. Stripe handles all payment processing; Lenk splits the fee automatically.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Pro and Business both come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll be prompted to add billing details before the trial ends.
What currency does Lenk support?
Lenk currently supports DKK and EUR. NOK and SEK are on the roadmap. You can set your preferred currency in company settings.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What is the SavedPrice widget?
A JavaScript widget you embed on e-commerce product pages. It lets shoppers save or lock a product price from your store — the same price-lock mechanic applied to retail. Included in Business plans.
